WESS, the role of technology in helping our customers protect their people, facilities, and assets is very important. Our officers are highly qualified, tech-savvy, and custom-trained for the specific environment in which they work. Our security officers are equipped with software-enabled PDAs, which is connected with a command-center module and helps our officers in capturing incidents, sending pictures, recording time and attendance of the officers, plotting GPS coordinates of their locations and officer tours.

- Security Operations & Management: It’s an end-to-end solution that helps the commanding officers to manage the activities of its team of officers including managing emergency dispatches, field incidents, and end-to-end investigations. This helps us in improving service delivery and the quality of our workforce. It also helps us in improving the productivity of our security force.
- Incident Reporting: With the help of our customizable incident reporting system, we can streamline the entire process and enforce consistency using messages that include multimedia, geolocation, and text. Our reports are customized as per site and incident type.

- Post Order Management: Site supervisors and managers can easily deliver post updates and notifications in real-time, and customize orders by post, by clients, or by organizations. This helps us stay on top of the multiple officers at multiple locations.
- Daily Activity Report & Activity Log: Our officers’ activities are captured in real-time online at a centralized location. We allow our clients to have access to these activity-reports and logs available anytime they want. The activity report also shows the GPS data for all officers.
