12 Years of expertise
With over 12 years of expertise in the security field, starting as just an officer and climbing the ladder to becoming a security manager, Dwayne Rodgers, the founder of WPSS, spotted a lot of room for improvements in the industry, and decided to go in pursuit of building a security agency that will make these improvements become a reality.
Mr. Rodgers discovered that a lot of security agencies and companies in the country paid very little attention to the performance and development of their officers. He was able to link this to be one of the major causes of high turnover, low morale, and many other factors resulting in poor productivity among several security officers.

The desire to put an end to all these further fostered Mr. Rodgers pursuit to start his own security company, set to change the face of security in the United States. WPSS is a new and innovative company that combines the power of highly skilled professionals, and the latest technologies in the industry, to deliver exceptional security services at all times.

Our headquarters is located in Fl, and we will expand to have several offices nationwide. We specialize in every sector, including; healthcare, financial institutions, event centers, retail centers, hotels, and many more. We are here to man your resorts, stadiums, banks, facilities, etc., and also to share our knowledge to help your business, by offering specialized training such as; first responder training, disaster planning, and more.
